How to solve this? : r/FloatwheelTeam

I need to change my tire but these freaking hub bolts don't want to leave. They unscrewed for like one turn or so and now they are completely stuck to the point where one has its head giving up :( i tried to screw-screw multiple time spraying WD40 but there still is always the hard point i can't go through I need help
