ENOID BMS V4-32 with LTO

I hooked my Enoid V4 BMS to a 32S LTO battery. I’m using VESC tool V6.02 and a 100/250 ESC. The VESC tool shows all the battery voltages correctly, but it doesn’t seem to want to Balance or Charge. There are 4 lights on the BMS plus the status light is blinking. The Charge Input Voltage is 86V
