ENOID BMS V4-32 with LTO

I hooked my Enoid V4 BMS to a 32S LTO battery. I’m using VESC tool V6.02 and a 100/250 ESC. The VESC tool shows all the battery voltages correctly, but it doesn’t seem to want to Balance or Charge. There are 4 lights on the BMS plus the status light is blinking. The Charge Input Voltage is 86V and the Total Voltage is 78V. Input current is 0, SoC is 0, and SoH is 100%.
